Majestic City

Majestic City

This is one of the most visited shopping malls in Colombo, because it is situated at the hub of a very active retail area of Colombo. It is a colorful red, burnt-yellow and grey building near the Bambalapitiya Junction on the infamous Galle Road. There is ample parking with both basement parking and an outdoor parking area.

The atmosphere is very casual with the interior being shades of brown and completed with deep brown terracotta tiles. Entering the mall, you will find one of the largest international franchise outlets and a bank. On the same level you will find a hint of the stores, a flower shop and a supermarket. Shopping here will take you through numerous shops containing clothes, shoes, electronics, toys, jewellery, household items, books and stationary and everything in between.

After visiting all three levels of the mall, indulge in the array of food available at the food court in the basement. Here patrons will find variety to suit all taste buds. There are Chinese, Western, Asian, Mongolian and many other dishes to choose from. Adjoining the food court is a children’s play area which provides video games and entertainment to keep them busy while you shop.

If you still crave for more, then visit the fourth floor and spend time in the malls’ cinema watching a movie or play a game or two of pool at the pool and coffee café, where you will find a menu that will tempt your appetite.
